hermes-drive is a private, personal-use application operated by Anil Ziberi solely for his own Google Account. It is not licensed, sold, distributed, or made available to any other person, and these terms apply only to that single use.
The application may be used only to perform tasks the owner has requested on his own Google Drive, acting on his own account. Any use beyond the owner's own personal automation is outside the intended purpose and is not authorised.
The user is responsible for his own Google Account, for maintaining the security of his credentials and of the machine on which the application runs, and for the content of the files he asks the application to create or handle.
The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall the operator be liable for any claim, damages, data loss, or other liability arising from the use of the application. The user is responsible for maintaining independent backups of his own data.
The application runs locally and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice, since it serves only its owner. Its continued operation depends on Google APIs remaining available under Google's own terms.
